Your family will love this gorgeously remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the second floor that has an incredible DIRECT OCEANFRONT view from a private balcony. Enjoy the sound of the waves right from your living room & master bedroom.
Located in the A PLACE A THE BEACH condo complex in Atlantic Beach, NC. This unit was completely renovated from top to bottom; including new flooring and beautiful new granite counter tops in the kitchen & bathrooms!
A walk down the private boardwalk on the property will take you right through the dunes and straight to the beach!

This property has everything you need to enjoy the perfect family vacation with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and of course an amazing outdoor 150ft water slide right on the property! Indoor pool and hot tub! The lovely courtyard is perfect for outdoor activities and games and includes a fun children's playground! Enjoy an on site basketball court, tennis court, mini golf and a large courtyard to play around in!
Multiple charcoal & gas grills are located conveniently on the property.

The property is just minutes away from great family friendly attractions, including a short 1 mile trip to Fort Macon State Park and a 15 minute drive to the NC Aquarium or to Historic Beaufort Waterfront. 10 mins to Morehead city Waterfront.
There are elevators located centrally in each building & carts to assist with loading luggage.

This unit is on the 2nd story. There is an elevator and carts to assist with loading and unloading luggage. There is both a WASHER & DRYER inside the unit. Linens are included; Bed sheets and one bath towel set per guest. Feel free to bring any additional you feel you may need.

Up to 2 Parking passes & 6 guests permitted. No pets.

Beautiful beach front property

Overall we loved our stay. The location is amazing. You can see the beach straight from your kitchen or master bedroom. The apartment was clean and had almost everything we need. You could tell that the owners might not stay there themselves. Hanging options for keys, towels are missing. We didn’t get any dish soap Or trash bags to hold us over until we could go shopping. The tv is weirdly mounted and the music box kept falling off the wall. The bathtub stop near the first bedroom didn’t work so we had to bath in the main bedroom. The location is amazing and if you have a small child, perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Good for family fun

Overall our stay at this location was good. The property ia great and offers a lot of amenities - indoor pool, hot tubs, playground, beach access etc. The condo itself is a good size for a group of 6 but it does need some updates. The oven did not work during our stay and 1 burner on the stove did not work (did get fixed while we were there). Called the number provided by the owner and they responded quickly, but the oven wasnt fixed which messed up our cooking plans for the trip. The cleanliness of the location was okay. The shower curtains in both bathrooms had mildew, the window in the master bedroom was very dirty, and the glass door was extremely dirty when we arrived. Also I messaged the owner prior to arriving to inform them we would be arriving late. Never recieved a message back so had to call the reality company upon arrival to figure out how to get our keys to enter. Wish there was better communication. Owner responded after I had already reached out to the afterhours number. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the condo ia very close to the beach access entrance and outdoor pool. We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning if the clealiness improved and the stove was functional

Good space, location for price

Great location! Good ocean view. When we arrived, the condo had not been cleaned. The office couldn't help us because they don't manage this condo. We finally got in touch with the owner who got it cleaned for us that evening. The cleaning company brought us a gift card as an apology. I would stay here again.

Great!!!

Direct ocean view from balcony was excellent. Great outdoor pool with a legit water slide that both adults and kids will enjoy. Excellent outdoor grills, mini golf and other sports activities made it great for the whole family. Highly recommend for a great family trip.

Our favorite vacation spot ~ on the beach, lovely accommodations and beautiful view from the balcony! We have rented this condo for several years now. The owner is always very responsive and helpful. The unit is clean and nicely decorated.

Enjoyed our time!

We had a lovely time at APATB. I grew up staying here and getting to share this special place with my kids was really magical. The location of this condo was fantastic. A short walk to the pool and beach and a beautiful view from the condo itself. The condo was overall well appointed though some areas do really need some TLC, as others have mentioned. The dishwasher is not properly installed into its space, the sink faucet is loose, the stove burner pans are so corroded they are disintegrating and the shower heads were scaly. Everything WORKED fortunately, but it was concerning we might be held responsible for some of these things and would have appreciated them being mentioned upon our arrival. Beyond that, no complaints and we would consider renting this property again, though we’d love to see some attention given to the items mentioned above. Thank you for your hospitality!

Atlantic Beach week

Overall we enjoyed the ocean view and the short walk to the beach. The condo does need some TLC -the DW is loose, the kitchen and master bathroom faucets are loose and the switch on the far light next to the master bed does not work - to use the light, you have to plug it in. The internet was very spotty and we missed having a wine opener along with glasses.

Best view in Atlantic Beach

This development had something for everyone and every weather- very nice indoor salt water pool and hot tub; super fun outdoor pol with water slide; playground; even mini golf. Our unit was clean and comfortable, spacious for our family of 3, easy access to the beach access but not so close as to be noisy. And, an incredible view on the private deck. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

Wonderful View

The view of the ocean was amazing. The condo needs some updates. 1) new mattresses for all the beds or at least a topper. They were so hard it was sleeping in the floor. We only stayed 3 nights and I was ready to leave. 2) No phone service in the condo we had to keep our phone on the bar and not move them to get enough service to make a call. The internet went in and out also. 3) There are no TVs in the bedrooms. 4) The blind in the bunk bed room was stuck all the way up so the light from the hallway shined in all night. 5) If you were in one bathroom and someone turned on the light in the other bathroom the breaker would throw. Other than these issues we had a good time on the beach and the outside pool.

Unfortunate lack of maintenance

The location and layout of this condo is great. The view is breathtaking but unfortunately these perks are overshadowed by the lack of maintenance. It’s clear the only purpose of property is to make money without care of the upkeep. There are broken door handles, sliding doors off tracks, all dishes/glasses are mismatched, hole in door stuffed with tissue, floors with cracks, filthy windows you can’t see through, shower heads that trickle water, falling popcorn ceiling, moldy tub, etc. There was a broken sink drain that we had to fix that had a gross hair clog. Over all needs a good cleaning everywhere. It’s clear the property is not loved.

This was such a nice place with a great location to ocean & amenities of the complex. It did not disappoint, the views from balcony were great & just a few steps to be on the beach! We will definitely be back again, the condo had everything we needed! Internet & tv service was good too!

Very relaxing vacation

The location was great as we enjoyed long relaxing beach walks. The condo was clean and efficient. We were surprised to find all the hand soaps had been watered down considering the price of an oceanfront condo.. It was a small thing, but was annoying as well as defeated the purpose of the soap. Also felt that a $10 charge for a misplaced rubber band bracelet was just another little price gouging.
