This is beautifully decorated, clean, cozy and comfortable new construction 2 bedroom home with fabulous views is located directly on the circle in Atlantic Beach. This house is steps from the beach and located one row back from the public beach access with life guard stands, a play ground and volleyball courts on the beach. Walking distance to retail shops and restaurants. Amazing Ocean/Beach Views from the kitchen and front deck. The house has two decks, one deck located out front with an ocean view and the other deck located out back which overlooks the pool. You can walk across the street to the public pristine beach. You are in close proximity to a wide array of boating & fishing activities (Fishing Pier), shopping, dining, and a multitude of other area attractions. Relax at the pool located right behind this house where you can lounge in the sun. The fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops is open to the Family Room which overlooks the pool. This house is furnished with everything you need while on a family vacation. Every room has a flat screen TV including a 70" TV in the Family Room. Each bedroom has ceiling fans, Flat Screen TV's, Queen Size Beds and their own private bathrooms. The family room has a new queen size sofa sleeper. (House Sleeps 6) The front bedroom has ocean views. We provide linens and towels. The pleasures that this smoke free vacation home offers you is never ending. The convenience of a washer and dryer means you don’t have to wait to wash everything after you get home. Free High Speed WIFI and cable TV in all rooms. This luxury home rents Saturday to Saturday in peak weeks. Atlantic Beach and the surrounding area has so much to do for any age group. It is also a wonderful place to visit in the off-season. Quick Stay At the Beach

This was a quick stay at Atlantic Beach and this house was perfect. The Host was easy to communicate with and the best thing, the home was as advertised. Comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked and it's easy to get to the beach and the pool. We will stay again.

Atlantic Beach trip!

This was a great location for our beach trip! The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. It was a close walk to the beach and restaurants. The communication was great from Anna! It was a close drive to Beaufort and this was a cute town to explore. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Relaxing

A friend and I decided to come down for a few days before the beach got too crowded and have a relaxing weekend. The townhome is centered around the circle and I was a little worried that it might be loud at night because of the cars passing by but it was the exact opposite. The townhome is in a nice community. Host was very accommodating, we had a few little hiccups that came about but she was able to resolve quickly! My friend and I enjoyed waking up in the morning and having our coffee on one of the two patios facing the pool or the circle and side view of the beach. The patio facing the circle is beautiful at night especially when the moon is out. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great property

Owner communicates very well. Great property overall! An Italian ice place next door is great for the kiddos (and adults!). A lot of stairs is only negative - a concern for our kiddos and older adults. We drove to Beaufort every night for dinner - no more than 15 min away.

Hidden Gem!

I can’t say enough good things about this property! The condo is very clean and well decorated and sits in a beachy complex. It’s in walking distance to restaurants, the beach, and shops which was perfect for us! Anna, the host is very responsive and wanted to make sure everything was perfect for our stay! Perfect beach getaway!

This property was perfect! Anna is a pleasure to work with. The townhouse is clean and fully stocked with everything you might need, making it feel like HOME! The location was our favorite! Once we unloaded and parked our cars we really did not need them. We were able to walk to the beach, local restaurants, ice cream and donut shops, WINGS store and more! Having a pool was also a plus after a full day at the beach for the kids! This place is a 10/10 😎 we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back! ❀

Great Atlantic Beach Condo

What a great location right on the Atlantic Beach Circle. Easy beach access, great walking/jogging/biking, and walkable bars and restaurants. Our favorite is Idle Hour Biergarten right on the way to the beach. Kitchen is well equiped and has full sized appliances all in great working order with nice views of the ocean. Will stay again when back in the area.

Overall good

We had a problem locating the Bldg. upon arrival. It wasn’t marked properly. We saw a person from next-door and they showed us which building it was. Our code didn’t work on the lock, so we called the owner, they reset the code and unlockEd the door remotely. The house was very clean and orderly. Very nice linens and very comfortable beds. The previous tenants did not unload the dishwasher as was required upon check out, the cleaning lady did not do that either so I did it. There was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay and great location at Atlantic Beach.

A beautiful beach home!

Perfect location for our family get away to Atlantic Beach. Bright and light with all the comforts of home! Amy was so helpful and nice when we first had trouble getting the door to open. She was able to help us right away from where she was by remote! No need for a rental office! We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Atlantic Beach June 2020

Had a great time even with the rain the first of the week. Weather broke and we found plenty of things to keep us busy even with closures from Covid 19. Would definely return and pick up where we left off.
