Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway! This stunning 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home on the sound side offers a modern retreat with all the comforts you need. The spacious kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a Bluestar gas stove, granite countertops, and ample room for cooking and gathering. The expansive living room, with large windows, invites plenty of natural light and offers beautiful views.

The primary suite is a true oasis, complete with a luxurious soaking tub, walk-in shower, and plenty of space to relax. Four additional bedrooms, all generously sized, share hallway baths, making this home perfect for family or group vacations. A bonus living space provides extra room for entertainment or relaxation.

Outside, the home features two screened porches. One includes a well-appointed outdoor kitchen with a gas stove, fridge, and a large granite island, perfect for cooking and dining al fresco. Enjoy the community pool or take a stroll to the pier on the Intracoastal Waterway. For beach lovers, the ocean is just a short walk or drive away. With two electric car chargers, this home is as convenient as it is beautiful, making it the ideal spot for your next vacation!

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

-No pets allowed
-Beach access is roughly 0.8 miles from the home
-No smoking allowed
-Exterior cameras are for security purposes only

We overall enjoyed our stay at this property. It was generally clean and nicely decorated. We were disappointed that the elevator was not operating during our stay as it was a main reason for booking the property due to elderly family members. Location was great and in a great neighborhood. Overall would recommend!
