This 1005 sq ft. end unit condo is conveniently located on the first floor, just steps from the ocean and pool, and easy parking. This quiet unit is the perfect escape for families, couples or friends. The thing you’ll hear most is the sound of the ocean from large sliding doors in the living room and front bedroom. There is plenty of easy parking just steps away from the unit. There is very little public parking on this stretch of beach so it stays peaceful and is rarely crowded, even on holidays and weekends. Another perk? Full sized washer and dryer. Rare for an oceanfront unit! You won’t be fighting over pool chairs or your perfect spot on the sand. The unit has a full kitchen with all the basics you need to cook meals if you choose to stay in. There is a shopping center just a half mile down the street for all your necessities (Dollar Tree, Food Lion, Walgreens). Plenty of delicious dining options are nearby. You will enjoy wifi and cable tv as well as Roku. Enjoy all the Crystal Coast has to offer with this perfect home base. You can keep as busy or as relaxed as you want to be. I lived in the area full time for twelve years so any questions you have about restaurants, activities or things not to miss- just ask! I want you to love the area as much as I do!

Beach Bliss

An excellent place for a summer beach vacation. First, the condo has everything a small family or some friends would need to have a memorable time at the beach. The kitchen is roomy which was great for prepping meals and the beds were super comfy. Additionally, they had all sorts of beach gear available to use, chairs, an umbrella and even a surfboard. The private swimming pool and ample parking were major bonuses too. Second, talk about an incredible location. It was so convenient being right on the beach for easy carrying the usual mountain of beach goods and the ability to swing back inside when kids and adults need a break from the sun. Also, really close was the grocery store, surf shops, and public parks. Finally, our host was wonderful. Super quick to reply to all my questions and wanted to make sure we had everything we need and more. Thanks y'all. Hope we can come back next year.
