1st Floor Getaway A Short Walk From the Beach & Boardwalk!

This is a 1st floor getaway - 2 Bedroom, 1 bath unit and extra outside shower. Prime location at 806 Delancey Place (one way street) in the North End of Ocean City, just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Includes 4 beach tags. One bedroom has bunk beds and a single; second bedroom has a queen bed. You must bring your own sheets, towels, soups, toilet paper, and paper towels. Central Air. washer and dryer in the unit. Parking is free on Delancey Place street and the surrounding blocks. There is NOT a reserved spot for the unit and parking can be difficult on busy weeks/weekends

No pets, parties, or smoking allowed. This voids your lease. If you are booking you must be staying there. If you are a smoker please do not book as this whole property is non smoking both inside and outside. Any smoke smell inside the property after will result in a $1,000 fine for the additional cleaning and if reported prior voids your stay. You cannot book for someone else and must be 27 minimum age and staying there to book. We reserve the right to ask for proof of ID at the unit and will cancel with no refund if you are booking for someone else to stay when you are not there. There is a camera for outside security (this is over the garage and does not face your unit in any way)

As a reminder you need to bring your own sheets for the beds, bring your own towels, and pillow covers as is standard in Ocean City due to the short turnover time. The cleaning fee we charge is the exact same fee they charge us, however, please note this is not a hotel, they come to clean once and the turnover time is short. If you're interested in negotiating the rates/cleaning fee just book another property. Please don't hesitate, though, to reach out if you have any questions. We try to price a reasonable market rate and hope you book with us and enjoy your stay!

Would stay again

Property was as describe. Location was good with a short walk to beach and boardwalk. Ice cream shop near by. The only thing that can be challenging is finding parking. As described in the listing there is no assigned spot for the bottom floor unit. My husband didn’t mind looking for a spot which was easier to find during the week than on the weekend. So it was not a problem for us.

Everything was just right. The location was good, close to the beach but not so close that the rent increased. The size was a tad small but functional. The kitchen was small and not very functional but we ate or brought in prepared food that only needed to be warmed up. It could use for a new set of pan, which were old and not very functional. Otherwise, great, week, great place for us.

Amazing little place to enjoy OCNJ. Vintage home with amazing charm, but modern conveniences such as central air, wifi, etc. If you are looking for a cool place to hang out without the craziness of the crowded part of boardwalk, this is it! Loved it!!!!

Our OC hideaway

We had an amazing time at 806 Delancy! Apartment was clean and well stocked, and the porch was definitely our happy place. Loved the fact that there was a washer and dryer! Perfect distance to the beach and boards. Parking is tight on the weekends, but during the week it was great. Bring sheets and pillow cases! This wasn't easy since I was flying in, but we figured it out. Perfect size kitchen for whatever you need to cook. 5 stars! Will be back again!

Great location toward the end of the boardwalk - easy to walk to lots of attractions on the boardwalk. The property was advertised and perfect for our 3-night stay in OC. The property manager was responsive and helpful and the check-in process was easy. Would recommend!

Clean Close Quarters

DEFINITELY recommend for a small family vacation getaway home (2 adults and 2-3 small kids). Very clean and nicely decorated. A GREAT added bonus of 4 beach tags, multiple beach chairs, and an umbrella for our use was wonderful! There were 3 adults staying here on my visit and we were a little cramped at times; but, made it work. The kitchen was very tiny (1 person only); but very well stocked with all the amenities of home. Bad points: 1. The outside shower was difficult to locate, cramped, and cold. 2. We had to sweep the floors upon arrival as beach sand was very prevalent. OTHERWISE...WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT! WHAT A WAY TO CELEBRATE MY 60TH BIRTHDAY!

A perfect getaway!

My children and I enjoyed a lovely 6 day stay at this convenient walk-up property 1 block from the north end of Ocean City. Everything in the unit was easy to find and well maintained, with a modern, beachy vibe. The only thing that could be improved is access to an outdoor shower/hose to clean off sand. (Although this has no bearing on my review...I wish Ocean City, who wants to be viewed as a premier family-oriented shore town, would step up and install bathroom and outdoor shower facilities on the boardwalk. When you have young children, leaving your belongings on the beach and sprinting a block or more back to your property to relieve yourself is very inconvenient. Nevertheless, we'll be back, God-willing, next year at this time!)

Loved the feel of the house, the outdoor shower, the cool little touches like the sphere/ square ice cube trays and beach vibe dishes. Location is great for beach, boardwalk and coffee/donut shops. Highly recommend- hope to return

Perfect location, adorable house

The location was perfect! So close to the beach. A cute little house. Was not clean at all when we arrive but the owner was fantastic and completely refunded our cleaning fee and then planned to change his cleaning service. Owner was wonderful and very easy to work with. Only con: very very small shower. Other than that it was a perfect little house in a perfect location for a great price!
