Clean room great view but no microwave in the room. What was really disappointing was the customer service. When I arrived the customer service agent had no empathy, lack listening skills and was unhelpful and rude. I would strongly encourage the hotel to implement a quality assurance team and provide coaching in this area.

Loved the updated rooms, the bathroom was especially well designed and huge. Only thing didn't like was having to request towels, then had to find out where they put them because they did not put them in the bathroom.

I enjoyed my stay at Bally's. The staff and overstay was great. However, there weren't alot of dining options. Especially after 11am there was only the pizza restaurant open and there was a very long line. We bought 2 drinks from a vending machine near the self parking lot and the drinks were HOT.
