This unit, a 1st floor studio with keyless entry -- one queen-sized bed and one queen-sized futon, galley style kitchen, dining area, and living space -- sleeps 4. Parking for small/medium-sized vehicle. Cable and wifi included! Upper sun deck, and a grill located in the pool area! Pool opens Memorial Day (subject to change). Card-op laundry room and ice machine on the premise. All kitchen accessories available -- pots/pans/dishes/cups/glasses/utensils. Although we never met our host, everything was in order except for the coffeemaker, which would not pierce the keurig cup and therefore only water came out. The bed was comfortable and the location was very good.

Great Spot!

This was a great spot to stay-- close to the boardwalk and beach, and we didn't need to move the car until we left. The property and amenities were exactly as described, and communication and the check-in process were simple and straightforward.
