This unit is at the rear of the property. Follow the driveway up to the gate by the garage. Enter the backyard through the gate and follow the pathway to the rear unit. The front door is facing the backyard, and there is a rear entrance on the other side of the unit as well.

Parking: Even though there is a driveway upon arriving at this home, this unit has street parking only.

There are two units on this property. This is the `rear unit`. You access this unit by walking up the driveway to the top of the gate and walking through the backyard. It should be expected that the other unit will also be rented out to guests while you stay here. Because the backyard is a shared space, all pets must remain on a leash in the yard.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Pets in yard must remain on leash.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
