The floors were dirty the furniture was old and outdated room and hallway had an odor microwave had burn holes in it, if you used the microwave the tv would cut off, it could have been a better experience.

Even though the room is paid for they take a credit card. And you have to pay a 40 dollar deposit that you get back at check out but you have to wait till the check the room

Staff very friendly, very convenient near alot of stores. Outside of establishment very nice and presentable.Didnt like smell of room. Should have got non smoking 🚭

check in lady was rude, demanded I pay a security deposit of cash , even though I prepaid for the room, room smelled, bathroom was gross, used wash cloth still in the bathroom, bedspread had cig burns on them !!! drawers to dresser wouldn't even stay shut, pictures on the walls were ripped and broken, the carpet was wet ,? it wasn't from cleaning!! we stayed for 2 nights, the fridge in the room, froze everything , the microwave didn't work.. DON"T stay here, it was like Bates Motel !!!! NO customer service, Room not at all liked described !!!! Dirty !! Gross !! Nothing worked !!!!!

We have so many return guest because of cleanliness of our room and economical price. Good luck to you founding a room with the price you paid any where else. Everything was working that is why you stayed whole night in the room.
