It was very difficult to get to the room from the standard parking lot, rather than valet. The patio had no furniture, as in the picture, and was only opened on the weekend, which was not mentioned. There was no place to sit when waking through the casino. When we called the front desk, it went to a call center. Very confusing.

When in Atlantic City this is a nice clean hotel. Rooms were clean and updated. Bed was comfortable and I loved all the pillows. Food choices, casino and friendly staff all made for a pleasant stay. You can spend hours walking around this hotel just looking at all the music memorabilia. Casino is huge so no need to leave. We go back to Atlantic City we will be staying here.

Odd decisions in Atlantic City

Flew in from Philly. Quicker to get through TSA at PHI airport than to check in at this hotel!!! Also, NEVER been someplace where the pool closes at 6 PM. Especially, horrible since check-in is so late at 4 PM and spent 30 minutes in line to check-in. What is the purpose of kicking folks out of the pool at 6 PM??
