Great location but absolutely needs a full makeover! Rugs are sooooo old and stained! Toilet extremely low to floor and multiple gnats in bathroom! Door so old had to actually slam it shut to close it making a very loud noise.

Price was good, front desk help very nice, location was great. The room set up was a bit funky because the TV was right next to the sofa so you couldn’t sit on the sofa and watch TV and there was no little table in the room. Exterior is a bit rundown. Pool was supposed to be heated since it was off-season, but I don’t think it was… It was very cold water. Overall, it was good.

Shower apparatus did not work correctly. Had trouble shutting it off. Sink was clogged when we got there. Very noisy people next to the poolside,even at night. Frige in the closet,c'mon !! No microwave,no coffee maker which is usually standard. Mattress hurt my back. The parking spots are all; over the place.Room is very small considering the price. you get what you pay for and we didn’t pay much so my expectations were not high. The room was comfortable enough with clean sheets and the bathroom was clean. The checkin lady was terse and not very friendly. I tried to contact the property prior to check in to ask a couple of questions but no-one answered and no-one called me back despite leaving 2 messages. The property is very close to the boardwalk and amusements so its pretty loud until quite late. Finally, despite a no-smoking policy we could smell weed very clearly from the room next door and some other rooms when walking to ours. An ok stay for the price but will probably spend a little more next time and stay elsewhere

Expedia doesn’t charge some kind of additional fee I had to pay when I got checked in. I wouldn’t complain about any fees if the experience was better. The showers never could stay on the same temperature, went from hot to cold. The rooms are outdated, stained floors and smelled musty upon arrival. The kid pool was off limits the entire stay. Another guest told me, they had it off limits all last season too. I’ve never felt more mislead and we left early!

This place is a perfect stay with kids. Right next to castaway cove yet quiet. Once inside, you hear nothing. Also steps away from the boardwalk and places to eat. Our stay was very clean. The pool was nice and well kept and the staff was helpful as well.
