The ocean and city views were awsome. We went in middle of week and a lot of restaurants were not open. That is only negative to our time at Ocean, but we will definitly be back.

The property was very well kept. Our room on the 32nd floor had a great view of the ocean and sunrises. We found the restaurants a little on the pricy side, but the food was very good. The property on the north side of the hotel is somewhat unsightly as seen from our room with many vacant lots and homes scattered about. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning for a show and overnight if the opportunity presented itself.

My experience there was VERY BAD! Didn’t get the room I booked for. I called guest service JACK WAS RUDE! the supervisor also have no idea of what she’s doing. For your peace of mind, book a diff hotel. I was charged resort fee and I couldn’t even use the property

Love Ocean but their beds uncomfortable

They must have changed some of the mattresses and pillows in their rooms. Because this particular bed was too hard, and the pillows were overstuffed and did not lends good support to your neck.
