The ocean and city views were awsome. We went in middle of week and a lot of restaurants were not open. That is only negative to our time at Ocean, but we will definitly be back.

The property was very well kept. Our room on the 32nd floor had a great view of the ocean and sunrises. We found the restaurants a little on the pricy side, but the food was very good. The property on the north side of the hotel is somewhat unsightly as seen from our room with many vacant lots and homes scattered about. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning for a show and overnight if the opportunity presented itself.

We love staying at the Ocean! We go often… we were disappointed that even though we gotten we were not upgraded to a better category room even though we were celebrating a birthday… the was a super rude and aggressive security guard that followed us around when we made the mistake of crossing through with a stroller. In addition the made us pay $30 for a 1pm check out. I don’t think that’s the right way to treat a loyal customer.
