Absolutely loved my stay here! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The resort was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a perfect stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept great every night. The location was convenient, the amenities were excellent, and every interaction with the staff made me feel valued as a guest. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience!

The Ocean was extremely clean. I never saw a random piece of rubbish anywhere. The bathroom in the casino was spotless. No water puddles or toilet paper on the floor, ever. I was only there for one night, but I can see it has a Caribbean resort vibe and probably feels more like that during the summer. I didn't get to enjoy any of the restaurants, but did have room service, which responded quickly and i was eating within 15 minutes. I sent my family numerous texts and pictures describing the hotel, and look to return in the Summer.

Ocean casino hotel used be very nice and clean. The staffs are still kind at the counter but room basic supplies was very bad. I stayed at one king bed room for 3 nights as like 2years ago. This year it makes me feel pretty bad because there was no coffee , makers ,water cups and not even small table between the sofa. I asked room cleaning staff for we need water cups but she says I have to call the front counter if I need.I believe that they chaned the room supplies. stuff. I under stand this is one way save the money but shoud not this way. I hope they change service back like before.

The check in was a bit longer than usual. The first room they assigned us was rough. The floor was not cleaned at all. I assume it was a family with kids given the type of food pieces and some dental floss on the whole carpeted area. The bathroom was partly cleaned and also had white dried perhaps milk like substance on one surface. They changed the room easily enough with a typical, "so sorry to hear that" It took over 3 hours to get a room coffee maker and the non check in staff just seemed to forget, even though we called 3 times. The rooms in general are spacious and comfortable. The resort's restaurants are great, especially Zhen Bangs. This may have been a one off for us, as previous stays were much better than this one. It feels like the various service-oriented staff dropped off significantly from previous stays. I would normally give them a 4-star rating, but not this time.
