Hotel was outdated. No complementary breakfast or free coffee in rooms. Queen double sweet only 2 pillows, no remote for TV. Dirty curtains and rugs. No hot water in sinks. Outside no attention or attempt to keep common areas clean. Trash, empty drinks, dead bird, homeless people sleeping in corner. Restaurant options minimal and over priced for the quality of food. Paid $420.00 for 2 nights plus additional $211.00 for incidental fee that I still have not been reimbursed for. Had to pay for parking through an app. No gambling in hotel had to go to casinos next door.

Check in was rough. It was crowded. Rooms were still not clean or ready by 7 pm. The staff kept trying to buy time by saying system is rebooting meanwhile not all systems were rebooting. It was very odd check in. Then we tried calling the front desk. No one ever picked up. Not the best customer service. The room was clean but the bed was like a rock.

Because i read other customer reviews, and one of them said when checking in ask for a renovated room, I did just that The room was nice, but the hallway carpets and smell leading to the room was terrible. Its very kid friendly but being as though i had no kids with me, this hotel wasn't for me. For the price and the fact that i have never stayed here, i expected much more. I won't be booking here in the future. The hospitality was excellent, nontheless
