I enjoyed my stay. The restaurant was nice, the view beautiful and the room was nice. The bathroom is a bit small though. Sink area is tiny. Parking was also ok. It definitely shouldn’t be a $20 a day fee though. The downside is I was billed my $778 price from Expedia and $794 from Seahaus on my Amex. Now I have to deal with fighting being double charged. That ruined the total experience for me. I would also like to mention during check in there was nobody at the desk for at least 10 minutes. Then the person was not dressed professionally. Everytime I came down the day I checked in people were waiting to be checked in by an empte station. I didn’t care for that all.

The "ocean view" was obstructed and could only be seen if standing on the far side sliding door or balcony. Our "ocean view balcony" faced the wall of the Tropicana hotel next door. The parking was TERRIBLE. The woman that checked us in wasnt wearing a uniform and was not very personable.

So the booking said oceanview and it was not, it was a view into the Tropicana parking and loading garages. So be aware when booking! Because when I went to change rooms or get a credit back for the difference in rooms. They could not change the room because of being busy. They comp my breakfast and one round of drinks at the bar. I stayed 2 nights. The staff are not knowledgeable about the computer systems. And do not make you aware of all expenses you will pay till you go to check out. I am still waiting for a call back to fix my bill and I have left a message and called twice to no answer. I will not be going back worst Marriot I have ever stayed in. And I choose Marriott because they have never disapoonted me till this hotel.

Wonderful

Room in great shape, very clean and comfortable. Beach view from balcony was great. Just wish the air conditioning on the adjacent roof wasn’t so loud because we would have loved to hear the ocean noise

I really enjoyed the ambiance of the room and the view of the water from the balcony. The hand held shower attachment, the small vanity mirror, and the steamer were great touches. The decor was very soothing. I also loved that there was YouTube/Netflix available. The only thing I would suggest is having more tea bag options in the room, a small appliance in the lobby or in your room to reheat something, and a vending machine of some sort. I really enjoyed my stay, and I plan on returning as soon as possible.

I totally enjoyed my stay at the Seahaus, and the experience was GREAT from start to finish. The building itself is impressive, and the lobby has a classic coastal theme, elegant feel. My room was clean and spacious, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was attentive and helpful whenever I had a question. The location was also convenient, with plenty to see and do within walking distance; they also offer bike rentals. Overall, it a pleasant stay and I will be returning.
