Getting Around:

Getting around Ventnor City is easy! You'll find ample free street parking right outside the house, and we also provide off-street parking for two vehicles. For those arriving by public transport, the closest bus stops are within a short walking distance, offering convenient access to the wider Atlantic County area. The Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. From the house, you can easily access major roads and highways for exploring the Jersey Shore.

Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.

This was the perfect rental for us. Three nice bedrooms, a nice sized living/dining area and just two blocks from the beach. There was also a garage where we could store our beach chairs and bicycles. The fact that there was parking for two cars was an additional benefit. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful. Overall, this was a great place and we would definitely stay there again!

second floor duplex unit on corner lot near busy street so a bit noisy but convenient to beach and shopping. Apartment is spacious and clean with well appointed kitchen for cooking . Gas grill needs deep cleaning and starter not working. Landlord was responsive to a few requests for supplies like trash bags. Good location for access to boardwalk and beach.
