This hotel was beautiful, clean, spacious. The check in was amazing. We came in after hours and they called us with the room number and left the key in the lobby. Check out was just as quick. The breakfast was the best we have ever had at a hotel!

This place was fine for a stopover night. Kind of old and smelled like old smoke in some areas. Had a decent breakfast and pool area. Walmart was right across the road, so that was convenient. Not sure if the sheets were clean on one of the beds, because there were some crumbs in the bed. otherwise the bed was comfortable and the room was good sized.

Excellent value and staff were super friendly and helpful. It is what you would expect, view of the parking lot, thin towels (but plenty of them), pillows were worn, decorative pillow torn, but bed was comfortable, breakfast good and everything clean.

Don’t care about customer anymore

Restroom for the public was dirty. Food used to be good now it suck. I let them know they were out of bacon they didn’t have no more really seemed like they didn’t care. They didn’t keep waffle making full and my have let it set out all night. We were charged for meeting room for our family get together (most of us renting rooms) Air conditioning was not working we told the front desk they said they would let maintenance know they never showed up. It was ready hot didn’t cool down no refund. Used to be a great place now it’s like they don’t care about customers service anymore.

Temperature in the room would not go below 77 even though it sais it was set at 60. They came up to look at it but nothing was fixed. Dont know what they were doing.

We checked in around 5 PM the date of our arrival. There was only one room that had been cleaned and ready for us. That was OK because we got our room, but I was surprised to learn that they had not cleaned any of the vacant rooms as of yet Being 5 o’clock in the evening.

This property is dated & a few items needed repaired. Overall, it was clean enough (although the shower curtain smelled very musty). Bed was comfortable. TV, WiFi, and a/c worked well so was a comfortable stay.

Ok but not stellar

As my room was adjacent to the pool, noise was somewhat of a problem though the pool was locked from 10 pm to 7 am. Housekeeping only partially did my room.

Great hospitality but room was smelly

Everyone we encountered at the front desk was very nice, helpful and professional during our check in and check out. The room appeared to be fairly clean for an older hotel (stains, ect) but the issue we had was that the room was very musky, similar to a wet basement. It could be coming from the a/c unit or fridge but we couldn’t pinpoint it. We chose not to seek another room due to area hotels being booked and enjoyed our stay outside the smell. I would like to add that someone else in our party stayed in a separate room and they did not experience the smell we did and also enjoyed their stay. I don’t foresee us returning to the area, but if we had to choose that hotel, we would give them another chance.

Good hotel for the price. Comfortable beds and pillows and liked having amenities like a pool and included breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.The bathroom had updates, but the building itself smelled a little musty and could use some updating. Otherwise we were pleased with our stay.
