Nice and close to Spark Arena, decent size 2 bedroom and good price. Wasn’t overly clean which was disappointing and it felt a bit unsafe to leave our room at night time with homeless people everywhere and a strip club over the road.

Excellent hotel - needs desk in room

Almost everything about the hotel was excellent. I had a studio apt that had everything I needed - cooking, fridge, TV, washer/dryer. One think missing was NO DESK and CHAIR to do work. Business travelers need this.

Great location for the ferry of train to and from the airport. Room was large and they sorted out one bedroom with a double and one with a twin, making it ideal for our family. The use of the kitchen and laundry facilities make the stay very flexible as we were travelling as part of a much longer trip, so a great opportunity to reset without needing to sit in the laundromat for ages. Gym was good, although the pool was cold, but is was August. Plenty of places to east nearby too.

Good stay in convenient location

Great location , close to britomart, queen st. Small metro supermarket close by. We had high level apartment so fantastic view and quiet. Felt safe in area Taps were very hard to open and close. Very little cooking ware. Overall good stay

The location was great. It was tucked just out of the way of the cazy hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough for a quick walk to everything exciting. The bathrooms were quite narrow and the shower leaks everywhere! The floors were covered in water after just one shower.

They staff were great and its in a very handy location for walking places in the CBD, but it is a tired hotel and the room we had a musty smell. The beds were comfortable.Overall not bad for the money, but it could do with a face-lift

Close to buses, food, groceries, everything we wanted. First impression of the apartment I thought it looked small but once I settled in it was great. Lots of power points (we have hearing aids, lap top and telephones), the shower was very good, very quiet and apartment clean.
