My one cool place right on Princess Wharf will blow your mind!! Once you open the door after you have parked your car in your own free undercover car park and taken a walk all undercover to Unit 25 in Shed 19, you will be attracted by the wrap-around windows and the two balconies, yes two and the massive deck.
Perched on the top floor of “Shed 19”, this modern studio apartment is great for groups or business travellers seeking a relaxing stay with stunning sea and skyline views, a functional kitchen, 2 decks and wrap around windows. Ideally located only a few minutes from the Viaduct and Wynyard Quarter, it is perfectly located so you can make the most out of your stay in Auckland.
The view down to the ferry terminal is fantastic. Look left and the outer harbour or the bow of a cruise ship, right to the hustle and bustle of Quay Street and what it brings by being out over the water in Auckland city. Looking back Princes Wharfdirectly out in front is Auckland’s ferry terminal, there is always something going on the front of my One Cool Place. There is only One Cool Place in the city where you can stay out over the water and Princess Wharf is it. If you want an unforgettable stay in Auckland then book now!

Fantastic break
Loved this property. Great being within walking distance of good restaurants and bars. Also close to the CBD. Great having secure under cover parking in the same building. Fabulous views from the apartment and if weather had been better could have better used the balconies. Amenities were great and made it easy for us to enjoy our break. Would definately tay here again.balconies.
