The room was nice and clean and the staff was overall cordial, but our check in experience was quite bad - we didn’t get our room keys until 3:55pm (the check in time was 3pm and we were at the lobby since 2pm). The hotel was quite busy which was probably the cause for that, but it was quite a big delay we barely got a “sorry” for it.

The new addition to the Cordis, the Pinnacle wing, was lovely to stay in. Nice spacious modern rooms. Excellent beds and bedding. A quiet aircon and a relatively quiet location.

A great hotel. Thanks to Hotels.com we managed to get a great price for our stay. The room was spacious and new. The facilities were great, albeit would be nicer if the pool access was easier. The shuttle was a great perk!

The buffet breakfast was incredible so many options, a great variety of food including plenty and delicious Gulten Free options. The rooms we very clean, smelt lovely the bed was so comfortable including very comfortable pillows. Will definitely be back in the future.

Was upgraded to a bigger room which was lovely,even had free bottled water delivered to us without asking after we mentioned we were going to a concert. Room service afterwards came up nice and quickly,and everyone was very friendly. We did find two random fish oils on the bench in the bathroom,but still a lovely place!

Clean big room. Staff are very nice from front desk, concierge who walked to my room to deliver the adapter so I can charge my phone, staff at the pool and Lisa from the lounge and her coworkers too. They are all very kind and go above and beyond to help. There was a small leak on my suite and the technician comes within minutes I texted the customer service and housekeeping helped me moved my stuff to the new suite while I went on a tour. The hotel also provides shuttle to water front. The shuttle driver recognized me and waited for me crossing the street to take me back to the hotel. Definitely recommends this hotel for the amazing amenities and excellent customer service from all their staff!

Room wasn't ready by check in time, pool area was awful. Our trip then changed, we finally were able to go to our room, relax in the club and use the shuttle to go downtown. Club food still is like an airline lounge, but the staff were great. The pool was a much better place in the evening. Breakfast was ok, more limited than in previous visits, adequate.

This hotel was incredible! The amenities were amazing. They had robes and slippers in our room, and it was very nice and clean. The hot tub and sauna were so nice! The buffet was also amazing, highly recommend. Everyone was so friendly too.

I'm not normally one to complain. As I have worked in hospitality previously. But the staff seemed overworked and stressed. Cordis looks 5 star but delivered 4 stars at best...I could carry on but I won't be staying there again and won't recommend it to anyone...
