This property is very convenient to downtown Auckland and the waterfront. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staff were kind and friendly and all facilities inc the gym, pool, spa and sauna were excellently maintained. My only suggestion would be is that the hotel needs to streamline their checkout processes. It took 25 minutes to check out, the staff were lovely but understaffed and the process of checking one room at a time then reporting back to reception was incredibly inefficient, especially with everyone checking out at 10am on a Sunday! Maybe invest in some walkie talkies. It seemed outdated too to charge a large bond per room on check in (we've stayed in many hotels and havent had to do this for years). It is the sole hold up on check out.

Lovely place to stay, very stylish in lobby area, excellent views of the sky tower, was a little mishap with the original room we booked but staff fixed this immediately and upgraded us to a higher level free of charge, staff were absolutely amazing
