The staff were a highlight of the Hotel Indigo, going out of their way to help us on several occasions. Unfortunately the bathrooms have a “privacy glass” surround which we felt left us exposed when using the bathroom; this was the only drawback of our experience.

From check-in to check-out, customer service was superb! They knew we were from out of the country, so they got us into a room earlier than check-in, provided us with recommendations for activities and dining, and upgraded our room! A great hotel in Auckland.

A great hotel to stay at, from the time I arrived (which was 1:00am in the morning) the staff were friendly and helpful. The room did not disappoint, there was a desk to work at, something lacking at some hotels now days. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and new. I will definitely stay here again, and would recommend the hotel.
