Great customer service when I arrived 12:30am for check in. When I got out for checkout, the receptionist did not greet or even smiled or asked how I was. Poor body language and facial expressions. When I asked if I can get a cup for the coffee machine, he got me a gray cup with chip and crack. Also, when he was asking about a bag. He yelled "excuse me is this yours?" across the room". I felt embarassed as there were other customers there. Best if he approached me discreetly. Please address this issue as this employee might tarnish your reputation.
