Summary:
Island View is a bright and airy holiday oasis, centrally located within a few minutes walk to the white sands of beautiful Palm Beach. Enjoy both beach and bush. At the back of the property wander in amongst the punga ferns, enjoy some birdsong and relax in the tranquility with some "Forest Bathing". And at Island View if you don't want to go anywhere you can relax under the pergola on the deck and take in the stunning views.

The Space:
The spacious residence is open plan and spread over three levels. The main living area is on the entrance level and features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and a large dining/lounge area with wood fire and sliding doors opening the house to the decks and stunning views. A heat pump/AC unit provided comfort year round. The master bedroom with super king sized bed and full bathroom is located on the upper level with two additional bedrooms and 3rd bathroom situated on the lower level of the house.
There is a fantastic playground/BBQ area at Palm Beach as well as a dairy and fish and chip shop. The main village of Oneroa, the passenger ferry at Matiatia, the vehicle ferry at Kennedy Point, a large supermarket, and Onetangi beach are all within a five to ten minutes drive from the property.

Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants. Island View is a great base to for your island holiday!

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - super king bed, Bedroom 2 - super king bed (can be split to singles upon request), Bedroom 3, two single beds and two trundler beds.

Please note: We can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults at Island View. A compulsory exit cleaning fee of $250 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. The house is in an elevated position up a path with 45 steps from the parking area. Minimum stays: 7 nights between Christmas and mid January, 3 nights remainder of January and holiday weekends, 2 nights other times.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.
