The room was clean and spacious, however i was keen to utilise the coffee machine in the room but was unable to as ut wasnt plgged in nor capable of being plugged in. The wet floor shower had good pressure however without a guard to stop water splashing the entire floor in the bathroom was wet including around the toilet and handbasin, we ended up using the towels to dry the floor so it we could use the other amenities.

The rooms are reasonably small but efficient for short stays. Little room for suitcases on the floor and limited storage full stop. We couldn’t get our air conditioner/heat pump to stop blowing out cold air so gave up and turned it off - which is probably more our fault but I suspect previous guests had played around with it and it was not on correct settings - cleaning staff maybe could check??

It was a great stay before our trip overseas. My only complaint was that they didn’t offer the free parking for people who didn’t book on their site which was the reason I booked there in the first place. Otherwise they were amazing

A no frills hotel, well located for the airport. We had a nice, quiet and very clean room, and the staff thoughtfully allowed us a late check out due to our late arrival, which was very much appreciated. We’ve stayed here about 4 times now, and will definitely do so again when travelling through the airport. Easy parking too.

This was our 4th stay at JetPark Auckland & once again it didn't disappoint. We opted for a pre check in which made the arrival process much quicker. The staff at reception are consistently efficient, friendly & exceedingly helpful. Rooms are immaculate & comfortable. We were not disturbed by any exterior noise or people arriving late or leaving early. Would highly recommend this Hotel.
