While the check-in was straightforward, we did have quite alot of luggage to move from our vehicle to our room which the check in staff did not enquire as to whether we required any assistance. It wasn't until we got to the lift that a staff member offered to provide some assistance to our room.
We had booked in for breakfast on the Saturday, 08/11/2025, but unfortunately this was a disappointment as the juice had run out, the hot food wasn't hot and the bacon was overcooked.
Furthermore the flooring in the lift is lifting up and there's a potential Health & Safety tripping hazard for either the staff or guests.
Unfortunately, Naumai has lived up to my expectations.
