Pacific Views is a well appointed 2 bedroom holiday home that is perfect for a family getaway. It is centrally located on Waiheke Island with stunning panoramic ocean views. Walking distance from shops, bars and beaches, this is the perfect location for a family holiday, with plenty of space for 4 guests. The main house is fully fenced and is pet friendly.

The main house is configured with 2 bedrooms plus a good sized family bathroom. One bedroom features a split king, which can be configured as 2 singles or a super-king bed. The other bedroom has a queen bed. Both are appointed with comfortable mattresses and high quality cotton linens. The third bedroom is the sleepout located away from the main house at the bottom of the garden.

The shared family bathroom is complete with toilet, shower and wash basin and is clean and modern, the bathroom also features a washing machine for in-house laundry. Fluffy white towels, facecloths and premium toiletries are included for every guest. There is also a warm-water outdoor shower, giving you an extra shower option and a spot to wash off after a day at the beach.

The open plan living area is the heart of the home, with a well-stocked and modern kitchen, with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and gas hob. There is a Nespresso machine for coffee and a complimentary selection of premium teas provided. The kitchen contains enough cookware, utensils and crockery for wonderful family meals.

Next to the kitchen is a large family dining table with seating for up to 8 guests. There is a further outdoor dining table for Al Fresco dining and a large gas BBQ for cooking up a storm on the deck. The deck is fully fenced and can be secured to keep young children and pets safe.

The living area has space for the whole family, with a wonderful window seat taking advantage of the sea views, plenty of couch space and a log-burner creating a wonderful winter focal point. There is a smart TV, high-speed internet and a selection of books and games for your entertainment.

At the end of the garden is a modern and comfortable sleepout with 4 bunk-beds. These can be used for additional guests or for groups who require additional beds, but need to be booked in advance for an additional cost.
