This sprawling property situated majestically above the beach of Onetangi bay has commanding views over Onetangi beach and the sparkling waters to the north. The Space:
Set over two separate properties. The larger property comprises 2 large living areas. The main lounge takes in the commanding views but also offers the comfort by way of a wonderful open fire, large comfortable sofa’s and arm chairs. The master suite is ideally located at the end of the house, well positioned for privacy and taking in the beautiful views of the sea. This bedroom is adjoined by an ensuite bathroom with claw foot bath and open shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located at the other end of the house and also take in the glorious views. Bedroom 4 is furnished with a set of bunk beds and overlooks the garden. The main bathroom is conveniently located amid the bedrooms and offers a double shower.
The north facing patio has plenty of seating for both dining and lounging. Wonderful 50’s butterfly chairs provide stylish comfort in which to relax and take in the view.
The smaller home features three double bedrooms, open plan kitchen and living area and two full bathrooms. All the furnishings and fixtures are brand new and well thought out for the comfort of guests. Doors and windows on two sides of the main living area slide open to let in the fresh air creating a feeling of open space.

Located in beautiful Onetangi, only a 5-minute walk via track to the beach and yet so close to vineyards, cafés and services, this property will not disappoint for that perfect family holiday.
