Despite offering complimentary early check in if possible, not only was room not available but it wasn't available till 20min after the 2pm advertised time. After a long drive waiting an hour want reasonable. The lifts weren't working properly

Fantastic property at a reasonable price. Checking in and out was a breeze and the rooms were comftable and clean. Plenty of free carparking which was a bonus! This property will definitely become my go-to accommodation for future trips to Auckland.

The reception staff are not very friendly. It does not cost money to smile and say Hi to your guest. Room only gets cleaned every 3 days which is not done properly anyways. No study desk or safe in the room. Rooms are very small and the TV on the wall is always in the way when walking around to the bed. Paid for a fridge and microwave separately and the fridge was not even a bar fridge.
