Intried chat support with Travelocity to update reservation and at the hotel n which they said u would have to call them to change/ uodate reservation. Ended up having to pay again. Left my wallet at family member house out of town from which we were coming back from. When i was trying to update/change name for check in hotel refused to be of assistance, and insisted could only be done from Travelocity. Very very disappointed and the gentleman was very rude and had a smart attitude and wasnt very compassionate or understanding.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable! My husband ordered the rooms online and it was done very quickly. We went into Walgreens and by the time we were done, we had the keys to the rooms waiting for us! Excellent service. Thanks, Sheila Carter

The staff were rude. They didn't have the room available that Travelocity had available causing us to buy a more expensive room. My husband had to wait for them to clean a room for him to use at 1030pm.

Kind and welcoming staff, comfortable room, breakfast area was accomidating. Good location for travel, over all it was a relaxing stay. Same price as some very poor quality hotels.

Stay Somewhere Else if You Can Afford It!

Cons: Everything
We reserved a non-smoking room. The first room they gave us reeked of smoke! They gave us the supposed smoke-free handicapped room instead, and not only did it smell of smoke, but there was an ashtray in the room. This was very bad for a person who is allergic to smoke. The bathroom was disgusting with mold in shower and on toilet, and the sink and toilet were terribly stained. The shower curtain was installed improperly so that water flowed out on the floor while we were bathing. The floor (even carpet) felt sticky, the bedding was very uncomfortable, and we had a bad stay!
