Stay elsewhere!!!!

I reserved a room with a jetted tub, when I checked it they said I was reserved for a regular room?! I showed them my reservation and they stated they did not have any other rooms available. So, with extreme annoyance I went to the room they assigned me. When we got up there the room had no hot water, one bed side lamp did not work and the other had a short in it and kept going on and off!!!! They sent maintenance up and my shower was broken and he could not fix it! I had to switch rooms after unpacking everything already! The next day my son wanted to visit the pool. (The whole reason I paid what I did to stay here.....because it had a indoor pool.) I was informed the pool was out of order till the next morning! With checkout at 11am it left one hour to enjoy the pool?!!! This was a completely miserable hotel experience! I really felt robbed and lied to. Stay elsewhere!

What one expect from an old one hotel

Pros: Suites are large...
Cons: None really, its an old hotel

Terrible Parking and Mold

I stayed here for 4 nights. I had black mold in my shower. The hallway smelled old and musty. The beds were like sleeping on a piece of ply-wood. The parking for this hotel is terrible as well. Cars literally lined the entrance way and parked in the Waffle House parking lot. I will not stay here again.

I will stay at this hotel again.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
The staff were attentive. The breakfast was good. There is also a Waffle House right next door if you want to have a different breakfast or any meal. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean. It was easy to get in and out of the parking lot.
