Dining table can expand to fit 12 people and table in sunroom can fit 6 people and kitchen table can seat six for a total of 24 seats at tables. Large back patio with grill and 2 fire pits. 2 car garage and 1/2 acre of land. Would be perfect for hosting!

Rough

The exterior of the property is in awful shape. Grass hasn't been mowed in months. Debris all over the yard. We had to clean the interior of the house.
