Located in the pretty market town of Aulnay, with 12th century Romanesque church and great bars/restaurants within easy walking distance, this newly renovated town house is brimming with charm. Twice weekly market on Thursdays and Sundays. There are 3 bedrooms making it ideal for a family of up to 6 people. Perfect base for exploring the Charente-Maritime and its surrounding beautiful countryside. Within easy reach of the A10 and La Rochelle airport

The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen/diner with fully fitted kitchen including electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a comfy leather sofa and armchairs and a dining table with 6 chairs. For winter lets there is a wood burning stove. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom and a shower room with Wc. The second floor has a further 2 bedrooms, each with twin beds and a second shower room with Wc.
