The Upson House is a Craftsman Style Bungalow built in 1916. It has been well cared for and is perfectly located in the heart of Austin. The house is within walking distance to Deep Eddy, Zilker Park, lots of great restaurants and night life. The Upson House has two bedrooms. One with a king bed and another with a double bed. There are also two large couches in the living room and a separate dining room. Although the kitchen and bathroom have been updated, there is no automatic dishwasher or bathtub. There is a washer and dryer in the guest house that is only available with concurrent booking or permission by other guests who may be staying there. There is a lot of outdoor living space to be shared by guests of both the main house and guest house.
