Enjoyed our stay with extended family in this roomy house that is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was an easy drive into Austin and an even easier driver over to Lake Travis. Easy check-in process and great owner communication. We had a great 1-week visit!

Beautiful house to stay

We were a party of seven and we enjoyed our stay here. It’s very well located and neighborhood was quiet. The only two bits could be better is to provide more towels and the check out process ask us to do some dish cleaning and putting them away. That I think it’s kind of the point of paying a cleaning fee

Location of the property was excellent for our stay, neighborhood was nice and quiet. House was spacious and gave us room to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of dishes and silverware for our whole group. There were plenty of supplies for our stay, even a log for the firepit. Katherine, our host, was very responsive to our needs and questions before, during, and after our stay.

Perfect Location

This house was the perfect location for us. It's in a nice neighborhood, it was clean and everything worked. There was room for all of us. The property manager responded promptly to my questions and requests. The listing was pretty accurate, but I am not sure I would call the second bedroom with a king bed a 2nd master. If we have another family gathering in Austin I'd stay here again.

Highlights of the house - 5 separate bedrooms, a fusbol table, cornhole in the backyard. We enjoyed the nearby dine in movie theatre, lakeside restaurant, good BBQ. It's a short walk to the neighborhood park and greenbelt hike, the neighborhood pool. A second community pool with splash pad is 10 minutes from the house. I will be returning.

Austin Get Away

The host was always available by phone and she was happy to answer questions. The size of the house gave the 10 of us plenty of room to spread out. All five bedrooms are up a lofty flight of stairs. It is nice that the washer and dryer are upstairs. It was a good place to stay for a family.

Great house for multiple families!

We stayed here for our daughter's wedding. We were coming from Dallas and had out of town family coming from 3 different states. This house was so comfortable, spacious and lovely. We were able to spend great times together with family as well as putting the last touches on a wonderful wedding. Thank you for making this available to us.

Nice Property

The house was fantastic and as advertised. Plenty of room for my party of 8. Great location. I was able to get to all activities within 20 minutes. No problem contacting owner for concerns or questions. No worry about losing keys as a keypad is used for locking. Used community pool, which is very close to the property. Altogether a great stay!

Austin Getaway

The house was perfect for our large family. We have 5 kids ranging from 10-19 and everyone had their own space. The house was clean and met our needs for cooking. The kids enjoyed lounging around during the early hours of the day. I liked having a large master bedroom and bathroom. HEB was conveniently located just 4 mins away. Would highly recommend staying here of you have a big family.

A very warm and welcoming home. Beautiful house

It was my first VRBO experience, and Katherine was really great and communicating and explaining everything to me. Her house is really beautiful and accommodated everyone in our group really comfortably. Her location is very private and accessible to all necessities as well. The property is very well maintained and spacious along with the a beautiful backyard and deck. Katherine communicates very well via text/email as needed. I would highly recommend her property if anyone is looking for a house in the Austin area. Thank you

Not on the lake

This spacious and traditional family home offered comfortable sleeping and relaxation. Access to Lake Travis is about a 15 minute drive. We were hoping to stay on the lake as shown in one of the photos. We left and checked out at 11:10 AM. The cleaning crew arrived early and were waiting before the 11 AM checkout time. The kids were wiped out from hiking and the heat the day before, so we really needed the 10 extra minutes, but there was not much more flexibility than that. The hostess answered all of our questions and was quick to respond to messages.
