We all had an amazing time. The house was very spacious and very well laid out, it is much bigger than the pictures show! The kitchen was beyond stocked with every utensil you would need. We had our family Christmas celebration with five families. We are already talking about returning:) Thank you to the Grand Villa team for having such a great house.

Review of Grand Villa - 2025Our family of 19 (2 grandparents, 3 children and their spouses, and 11 grandchildren) stayed at the Grand Villa in Dripping Springs this past July.The house is enormous and wonderfully laid out. Everyone had enough space to spread out or be together. The house and surrounding areas were perfectly clean. The back deck with a fire pit, picnic tables, couches and many chairs was a great place to gaze at the stars and visit with each other in the evenings and watch deer during the day. There is a large dining table that seats 20. A beautiful, large pool with a spa hot tub. There was a bocce ball court and pickle ball court. Many extras were included and were appreciated. The commercial ice machine was great (we have NEVER had enough ice) and the 3 refrigerators held all our food with room left over. Thad, Annette and the Grand Villa team were great to work with. Any problems were addressed immediately. Thanks for a great vacation for our 18th Annual Family Vacation. We will definitely consider this property for future vacations.

WOW! Just WOW!

Our family of 25 adults LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this property!!!1. It’s huge - with enough beds for everyone2. It’s huge - with enough ‘living spaces’ for everyone3. It’s huge - with a kitchen that has nearly anything you could dream of 
 3 refrigerators, commercial ice machine, Wolfe oven/cooktop, 2 dishwashers 
 and everything else you can imagine!4. The pickleball/basketball court was AMAZING, the outdoor deck was ridiculously huge, the pool/hot tub were the center of our week.5. The yoga mats, free weights, poker table, ping pong table, bar were used all the time.This place is stunning 
 45 min from Austin (Rainey Street is a must!), Dripping Springs Main Street doesn’t have much but Homespun Kitchen and Bar was THE BEST place to take 25 people - live music and fantastic service.We hope others will enjoy this vacation home as much as we did - the host and team were amazing!

Such a fantastic property, and stay. The hosts were possibly the best communicators of any property we’ve ever rented. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well appointed and the ice maker came in clutch! Five stars all around, we will definitely be back!

Christmas Family Vacation

We had 29 people at the Grandvilla for a week of celebrating Christmas. We ranged in age from 2 years old to 83 years old.There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was spacious and we all loved cooking on the commercial size stove and oven. We cooked the evening meal together and all at very comfortable at the table and chairs supplied. The ice machine was a brilliant idea. The pickle ball/basketball court was a hit with all ages. Our seating was comfortable for putting puzzles together, playing cards and doing crafts. There were lots of places in this area to visit but the most popular were the wineries and distilleries. This location was very clean and spacious for lots of cars to be parked. Communication with the owner was very easy. Our stay was excellent and magical!

A Temple of Fun

Fabulous stay for our folks 50th anniversary!

We had 21 people at the Grandvilla for a week long celebration of our folks 50th anniversary! Our group ranged in age from 2 years old to 73 years old. We had plenty of space to spread out. The layout of the home was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. The deck was INCREDIBLE! We spent every evening out there. It was beautiful. The pool was perfect. Since our group had small children, we brought door alarms for the pool doors as a safety measure. That worked well to make sure none of the littles escaped to the pool unattended. The location was good as well. It was close to grocery shopping and most everything we did was within 30-45 minutes. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend Grandvilla to anyone with a big party looking for well-equipped and well designed home.
