Parking was very easy, the kitchen was well stocked, as was the refrigerator with sparkling water for us. Coffee snack bars so much was included. Temperature control, wonderful shower, excellent! Very easy to communicate.

We had a great weekend stay in this cute little house. The owners were very nice. The area was safe and parking was only about 50 feet from the front door. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Shower had good water pressure. It was very clean. It was perfect for the weekend. If we ever visit Austin, Texas again….we would stay here.

Wonderful guesthouse in a great location. Very well appointed and comfortable. Easy access to some of our favorite Austin restaurants and shops. Quiet area in the evening and overnight. Would definitely stay in Monica's guesthouse again.

Nice location

We love staying in this neighborhood while visiting our daughter at UT. The area is great for a walk or run with restaurants close by. Short drive to UT. The house presents a cozy atmosphere with one bedroom and a loft over the kitchen/LR area. Host was very easy to communicate with and I had no problem extending our stay and adding a third family member. With those two changes, we realized that the house can be a tight fit for three adults and it would have been nice to have a sink in the kitchen. The house can sleep six people but it would be challenging.
