I arrived a little after 7pm. The front desk person said I already checked in! Of course I did not since I was just arriving. She said “Let me go see who is in the room,” & went upstairs herself. Came back & said she will “comp@ me another room & not take a CC. The hotel is aged & rooms are smaller than other ES! The covering g in the toilet was peeling & at 1st glance appeared to be pieces of hair with broken pieces. The bottom of the bathroom door was rotted. Now the breakfast was good and the lobby was clean. I never received an explanation for the check-in experience but we only stayed one night since we have a timeshare so it worked out. The room was like a 2 star especially with the dingy towels broken off pierces on the tub with cracks & rotted door. I usually buy 3-4 stars to avoid these things but like I said, one night. Breakfast was good just like ES. Very disappointed & won’t stay at this particular location again

The hotel was in disrepair, the mattress was dirty, the elevators were out of order, there was hair in our sinks and the hotel was surrounded by houses with boarded up windows and graffiti. We did not even stay here, we left and stayed at the Embassy Suites Arboretum. It was much nicer and in a better part of town. We lost our money on the hotel, but jeopardizing our safety was not worth spending the night there. We chose to pay again for another hotel with clean, comfortable, and working amenities.

Room was nice and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was great- although it would be nice to have the waffle bar as some other Embassy Suites have. Otherwise, we were very pleased. Thank you for a great stay!

The one front desk girl had mean attitude like she was over the day before it even started tried to asks a few questions she was very rude like she didn’t not want to answer no questions or repeat anything she has glasses and braces with out her at this hotel they would of got a five stars but she really threw the whole experience off Thank you for everyone else that works there truly good cooks and other employees.

Our toliet wouldn't flush properly. The maintenance man came and snaked it ,but said it would probably stop up again. He thought there was probably something stuck in there. He didn't have time to take the whole toliet apart to get it out. Sure enough it backed up again before we left. enough it stopped up again before we lef.
