Great time in Austin

We booked this property for the week of the total eclipse. It is a beautiful home where you can feel comfortable - both inside and out. It was well-situated near the airport and other activities we’d planned - including exploring downtown and several trips we took. Juany, the host, was always available to answer questions or make suggestions. It provided a wonderful home base for us and we were always glad to return to enjoy cocktail hour on the covered lanai. I highly recommend this home and host.

Beautiful home

So many pluses! Several beds and bedrooms, lots of tvs, large kitchen, great communication. Next to a state park. Pool is under construction. Minuses: No guests were allowed. Limited parking. Not much nearby and everything seems to be in downtown Austin.

Austin wedding weekend

We stayed here for my brother-in-law‘s wedding and really enjoy the property. It was spacious enough for our group to fill all five bedrooms, very clean, with an excellent host, who responded immediately anytime we needed her. Our favorite part was the beautiful patio, which is covered, has a fan and a TV. Plenty of space for everyone to relax.

Week of "Family wedding" celebrations !!!

The house was beautiful, inside and out. My wife loved the decor !!! It was also super clean. We had a great time together. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. We used all 5 bedrooms. Two of them had an ensuite bathroom (1 up, 1 down). The kitchen was well equipped and the open plan layout downstairs was perfect for our family get together. Conveniently close to the airport, to Supermarkets (2 HEBs were close by) AND to downtown Austin. You just need a car. We had 2 cars between us all and we parked them in the driveway. Neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Neighbours were also friendly. We had a family dinner in the dining room one evening. Plenty of room. Our host Juany made check-in easy, provided clear check-out info and made sure we knew that she was readily available if needed. However, our stay was perfect and we had no need to call her. Will definately consider staying here again. Thanks Juany !!!

Our family flew in from all over the US for a wedding. This house gave us the space we needed and convenience of the airport and downtown. Our hosts were quick to respond and kind. We’ll definitely stay here, again, in the future!

5 best friends hanging out in Austin for 4 nights. Perfect place that had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable. This home was immaculate with fun decor. One of us left a valuable item behind and it was quickly returned. All our communication was prompt. Perfect stay!!

Charmer is Right!

We had everything we needed at this delightful home in SE Austin. The owner was very responsive when there was a question about getting in. They provided coffee and creamer (thank you sooo much!), plenty of clean towels and comfy gathering spaces for this multi-generational family of nine. There was plenty of space for the 4 year olds to run and play, outside activities (they LOVED the trampoline) and beautiful patio and firepit areas. I can promise we will try to stay here the next time we come to Austin and I highly recommend this property and its owners!

40th Birthday Weekend

The property is absolutely beautiful and decorated nicely. There were five couples staying and plenty of space for everybody to not feel like they were on top of each other. One of the nights we cooked dinner at the house and the kitchen had everything needed to cook. The backyard is a wonderful place to hang out, cook, or enjoy a fire. The host were very easy to get a hold of and the process of checking in and out was very easy as well. The neighborhood is a safe area. Just be aware that downtown Austin is a bit of a drive takes about 20 minutes or more depending on traffic. We took Lyft and Uber. The cost one away from the house to downtown for four was around $15-$20. Totally worth it to not have to worry about parking. The only down side is check-out is 10AM which seemed a bit early, but we understand it was for the maid to have time to clean. House was very clean and comfortable upon arrival.
