Lovely stay - big suite with kitchenette, desk, sofa, patio. Centrally located for UT, state capitol and downtown. Staff was awesome - Rose, Noah, Olivia and others all made me feel at home. Highly recommend! Thank you!!

It was clean, but several issues: (1) the lighting - the room and especially the bathroom are dark. Poor lighting. (2) our toilet keep running and running. You had to flip the handle hoping that it would stop. Annoying during the night. (3) our television kept reverting to the main menu while we were watching a channel. We weren't using the remote or anything, but it kept reverting to the main menu. Also annooying. The room was large and clean, on the good side.

Excellent Hotel

The room was huge and well maintained. Best water pressure I’ve ever had at a hotel. Location is close to everything I wanted to do on my trip. The bed was super soft which I don’t love but that’s just a personal preference.

Mostly ok

The hotel was fine for the most part except for three thngs. 1) 1 of the 2 elevators broke down for my entire stay for a week causing long waits to go up and down since the hoyel was full. 2) The ice machine on my floor was broken so I had to go to 2 floors higher to get ice everyday, which was a bit annoying. 3) And since my room did not have a microwave, I had to use the one in the hotel store. There was no microwave in the kitchen area where breakfast was served.

The place it is quite and convenient. Staff very nice, easy check in an out. The only thing that I would like to say, it is that one of the elevator was out of service and we have to wait long time to get to the room and to get down as well. Also, we had little trouble with parking lot, there is no sufficient park spaces.
