Very comfortable stay, bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well, it was quiet, breakfast, wifi and a pool were included. Would happily stay again if in the area.

Expedia and Holiday Inn Express Sunset Valley in Austin, Tx are HORRIBLE! Dont use either one! I booked a room on August 15th for August 21st, Expdeia website said fully refundable if canceled before August 19th, i called on the 18th to cancel due to change of plans, Expedia website said it was a non-refundable room! I called Holiday Inn, they said it was an Expedia problem, I called Expedia, they said it was a Holiday Inn problem. We went back and forth for over an hour, I ended up losing my money and patience! I will NEVERRRRR USE EITHER WEBSITE OR ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!!

Easy access and convenient! Staff was nice and friendly. Brakefast has variety but most all Food was cold. Will likely stay again but I sure hope that more supervision is in place for the kitchen. Rooms were super clean!

Very clean and quiet facility. All staff I encountered were friendly, professional and efficient. Pool was clean but showed some wear and tear. The only drawback was a shortage of towels, but being summertime and pool in use, I can see that could be a challenge if at capacity. We will have reason to travel back to this area several times in the next few months, and I will choose this hotel again.
