I wasn’t expecting much as I usually stay in luxury hotels. Wow! Was I surprised! The room was very nice, the bed was comfy, and the entire hotel was spotless. We loved or stay! Very close to The Oasis as well!

Bad Customer Service Ruins A Hotels Rep!

There was a front desk attendant whose name is Kasey! you’ll see him in the picture below… He seemed to Racially Profile me. Me and my Best friend, my Wife were Celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary and he spoke Very Degrading statements to me Such as, you’ve Never stayed at a Hotel before along with an Attitude that Implied a Threat to the Security of our Already Paid for Room! I felt I had to Sort of Avoid him while he was on shift. It’s easy for someone to say you should have gotten a Refund, but who wants to deal with that on the Day of their Anniversary? Besides we were not allowed to check in until 3 pm.. I spoke with the Manager, who was very Nice and the Only Reason We didn’t ask for a Refund! Would love to do more business with this hotel. But not with Front Desk Personnel who are Not People persons.. Do yourself a Favor Hyatt because you are Well Respected in the Hotel Industry ——- Vet, Vet and Vet again all who will Saddle and Mount Your Front Desk!

Good fitness center with a pull up bar/cable machine overlooking the pool. Spacious free parking. Complimentary breakfast had good variety. Nice room but with some obvious wear and tear. Can get a bit noisy hearing people in the hallway or walking in the room above.
