This villa is the largest space available at the Island on Lake Travis at 1750 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and access to all the Island amenities including indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, workout facility, restaurant, tennis courts, picnic areas, and Day Spa open on weekends by appointment. This villa has been fully updated with decorator appointments throughout and sleeps 8 comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen bed & 2 bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. Additional amenities include a large fully equipped kitchen, 2 fireplaces, HDTVs, WiFi, washer/dryer, and a large wrap-around patio with separate seating areas and miles of scenic views and beautiful sunsets over Lake Travis. The Island on Lake Travis features a gated entry for security, reserved parking, beautiful Mediterranean architecture, and landscaped courtyards throughout the complex. As you enter the Villa, located on the second floor, you are greeted by a large family room complete with comfortable seating, decorator appointments, tile floors, wet bar, fireplace, and patio access with panoramic lake views. Other features include a large HDTV with surround sound, WiFi, and plenty of space for entertaining. The kitchen is spacious, fully stocked, and has bar stool seating for 4. The large alcove dining area has a beautiful round table with ample seating and panoramic views of Lake Travis and the Texas Hill Country. This a great spot for family conversation and game time!

The large master bedroom suite is stunning and boasts french doors, hardwood floors,fireplace, king size bed, and study/reading nook. All, of course, with panoramic lake views and patio access.There is also a large, en suite bath with jetted tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and oversized closet. This master retreat has wall-to-wall windows facing Lake Travis, patio access with bistro seating, and is truly a great place to relax and unwind.

Down the villa hallway you'll find a utility room with full size washer/dryer and counter space, a second full bathroom with walk-in shower, and the additional two guest bedrooms. The second guest bedroom has a queen size bed and hardwood floors. The third bedroom has a queen bed and two bunk beds, HDTV, and hardwood floors.

Finally, the large wrap around patio with expansive lake and hill country views is a desirable space to be enjoyed by all. There is a dining table for six, with entry from the living room, and another connected patio area with bistro table for two that can be also accessed from the master bedroom. Just below this patio area is a picnic area with charcoal grills, fishing area, and lake access. You simply have it all with this amazing waterfront location!

The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake.There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery! When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional “guest” spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.

We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).

Overall great with a couple caveats

Overall, it’s a good stay. Great location, beautiful courtyard, beautiful place on the lake. Very quiet and peaceful. Found out the spa and pools were closed once we got there so that was a disappointment. Also, when we arrived the cleaning crew was still there and the floors had just been mopped but the floors were still dirty. It was as if no sweeping happened before mopping. In the master bedroom there is nothing to block out the light or provide privacy for the doors leading to the patio area. But aside from that and the floors it was a great place with lots of space and peaceful.

A Perfect Getaway for Outdoor Fun

This is our third stay at this condo, though we’ve been in a different apartment each time. Overall, the experience is consistently great. They’ve got everything—grills, fire pits, pickleball courts—all ready for use. Honestly, we spend about 90% of our time outside enjoying the amenities, so there’s nothing in the apartment that could take away from the experience!

Beautiful view of Lake Travis. The condo is wonderful, spacious and well decorated. Balcony is awesome BUT needs to be cleaned of cobwebs and broken chairs need to be removed. Need to permanently resolve issue with Spectrum TV.

Spring Break- A/C problem

Our stay at this beautifully remodeled condo was mostly enjoyable, marred only by a few hiccups. The neighborhood felt safe and serene, providing a lovely backdrop for our vacation. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the A/C in the master bedroom during the first two nights of our four-night stay. While it took a couple of attempts to have it addressed, the maintenance team eventually resolved the problem temporarily. We were informed that the A/C technician would return on the morning of our checkout to make a permanent repair. However, there was a miscommunication regarding the timing, and the technician, along with the owner, arrived at 10:30 am while we were still in the process of packing up. This unexpected intrusion was inconvenient and left us feeling rushed. Having been loyal VRBO users for years, this experience fell short of our expectations. It seemed as though our inconvenience was not prioritized, which was disappointing. Overall, while the condo itself was lovely and the neighborhood felt safe, the issues with the A/C and the lack of communication regarding the repair appointment left a negative impression. We hope that these shortcomings can be addressed to ensure a more seamless experience for future guests.

Beautiful and Clean Condo

We stayed 3 nights for a ladies weekend and had a blast! The condo was immaculate with a wonderful porch overlooking the lake. You must be prepared with groceries because the nearest grocery store is about 15-20 minutes away, but we loved that it was remote, quiet, and not crowded. Our only recommendation is for a new coffee maker. The Keurig there was not working properly, and there was no other coffee maker. Everything else was spectacular!

Amazing view of the lake

Check in was very easy the place looked renovated and we could smell a bit of fresh paint Nicely decorated master bedroom was pretty big and the view from the balcony was beautiful but no blinds nor curtain for master bedroom so we woke up really early next day because of the sun. It was told that there is a regular coffee machine and keurig coffee maker but there was no regular coffee maker and the coffee for keurig was only 4 caramel coffee which was really bad so had to drive to get coffee.TVs in the bedrooms were not connecting to internet either. There was a beautiful outdoor pool and jacuzzi with a pretty view of the lake.we had 4 little kids they really enjoyed the pool but when we went upstairs to use the dryer it was Not Working I called maintenance and they said the owner is gone outside county they can not contact him they are aware of the broken dryer but it’s not fixable and they can’t help us. There were enough kitchen plates and pots for use and also there were soap and papers. Overall we had a great time and it’s a good place to spend few days with your family.

Great family stay

This place is beautiful! The condo was lovely, bright, and roomy. The pool is small but not busy, so it was perfect for our family (2 young kids and a 1 yr old). There were a couple of issues including an ant problem and door knobs coming off the doors. We emailed the office, and while they were quick to respond, there was no follow up the next day as they had said. The ants were pretty intense all over the property (at the pool too), so we figured it wouldn't be resolved in one day. Since we had a short stay, we decided not to push but hopefully they can figure out the ants for the next guests. We had a great time with our little family reunion and enjoyed the magnificent view.

Awesome view of Lake Travis

We had an absolutely great visit to this property. We booked it for the balcony view and the master bedroom view and it did not disappoint. There were three of us and we had plenty of room throughout. The directions and information provided was perfect. The pool/hot tub was very nice and clean...not crowded at all. The restaurant on site was very, very good. Definitely recommend. Tammy helped with everything throughout the property from the time I pulled into the parking garage. If you go, it is so worth it to rent a boat to go out on the lake!! Already planning a return trip.

Lovely location and view - but needs some care

This condo has the best view and location on The Island at Lake Travis. The sunsets were spectacular, and the condo is extremely well located for access to the lake. However, we were very disappointed with the condition of the condo. The pictures gave the impression that the condo was light and bright and spotless. This was not true when we arrived. With the exception of the master bedroom (which is lovely), the condo is pretty dark. Multiple light bulbs were not working when we arrived (management was quick to replace most of them the following day), and the floors and baseboards were quite dirty especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. The biggest disappointment was the porch - which was one of the main reasons we selected this particular condo. The porch was filthy. It needs a good powerwashing. I did call management and housekeeping came to clean the porch and several other dirty places in the condo the next day. But the porch needs much more attention. Plus 2 of the chairs at the high table (a perfect place for coffee and reading the morning) were broken. We enjoyed our stay - but wish the condo had been in better condition.

Need of good cleaning and maintenance

Every light fixture has burned out bulbs in need of changing and cleaning! Fan chains on lights were broken unable to use fan. The cooktop has no lights from microwave so it’s very hard to see controls. Cupboard and drawers have crumbs and dead bugs in them. The rugs were dirty with threads and lint and need off vacuum, couch has several stains on it, dust balls in all rooms, the back patio is full, of spider webs and lights are full of dead bugs., walls needs washing. All windows are filthy. No trash bags available for garbage ....for the money it needs ATTENTION!! It is a nice big condo, however it needs a GOOD deep cleaning!

We plan to return to this same unit in the future! We do have a few recommendations - for the guest room facing the local hallway, install black out curtains to help guests sleep. A coffee maker with a carafe would have been amazing, or to let guests know ahead of time the only option is a Keurig. Also, the second bath had issues with running hot water. Maybe have the shower checked out? These are small updates that could use attention, nothing to deter a visitor. Thank you for having us and providing an amazing trip away!
