Bugs Happen Our homes are surrounded by nature and beautiful trees, which can occasionally bring uninvited guests â bugs! Because guests come and go frequently, you may occasionally see insects, including roaches known as Palmetto bugs. These are the outdoor type that come from the trees, not the kind associated with dirty homes.
We have professional pest control service every quarter and do our best to minimize their presence, but we canât completely control nature. Please know weâre doing everything possible to keep our spaces clean and comfortable â and we appreciate your understanding that bugs sometimes happen in Texas!
This was the fourth time we stayed in a residence in Austin. It was hands down the best. The furnishings were well appointed and the kitchen had more than enough dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots and pans.Serita and her team are dedicated professionals. They responded very quickly when we needed something and coached me to get back into the house when we got locked out - keeping me from losing it.
