South Congress neighborhood. Quiet, residential area that is 10 minutes from downtown and all the action! Close to Costco, Whole Foods, HEB, many restaurants.

Driveway parking or free street parking. You can uber anywhere you need to go, but would recommend your own car for more convenience!
Absolutely no guests allowed on the property. Only people that are part of your reservation.

Pets: please pick up after your pet anytime it goes in the backyard. This is a shared space. Failure to do so will result in a $50 clean up charge

Quiet after 10 PM and before 8AM, and be generally respectful of neighbors.

Parking: there is unlimited street parking available. Please park on the street (not driveway) but do not block the mailbox.

Always lock the gate door when you leave. When locking the back house door, pull up on the doorknob to get the deadbolt to catch.

Use the deadbolt to lock the back house. You may have to pull the door up using the knob so the lock catches.

Checkout by 10 AM. Late checkout fee of $100 if you stay past 11am, and an additional $20 per hour. Plate checkout must be requested and approved by host in advance.
