Just a few blocks from the Colorado River, this townhouse is close to downtown but in a quiet enough neighborhood that you'll feel far from the hustle and bustle. The full kitchen is perfect for cooking up full meals to enjoy at the end of a long day of exploring. The walled-in private patio is perfect for dinners or just enjoying a book and a glass of wine.

What's nearby:
Central Austin has its own unique character, even though downtown is only three-and-a-half miles away. Enjoy a cupcake at Mozart's Coffee Roasters or pick up some Buffalo Cauliflower Wings at the Beer Plant, both within one mile of the townhouse. Rent a canoe or kayak and explore Lady Bird Lake three-and-a-half miles out, or have a jog around Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail (which runs up and down the river). Of course, you have to take a picture with the Greeting From Austin Mural before you leave - it's just five miles out, and you'll be able to explore the Bouldin Creek neighborhood!

Great location, great place to rest

We loved staying here, it's a beautiful neighborhood with walking distance to Mozarts coffee. We particularly enjoyed the sunlight inside the bedroom which was a fantastic way to appreciate the lightning at night. The bed was super comfortable which is a surprisingly big difference from most houses we've stayed at.

Tranquil getaway!

We came with our dog for a weekend and had a lovely and restful time. Beautiful neighborhood with huge trees and we loved walking to Mozart's! Very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Can't wait to come back.

Wonderful stay

It was next door to my daughter who gave birth and needed my husband and me close by. The location is great, within walking distance to the lake. The home is comfortable, clean and a nice large space with an outdoor patio and chairs. Truly it was perfect for us.

Perfect for a family visit

This was our second time to stay at this well-appointed townhouse while we visited our daughter and her husband and their new baby in Austin. It is comfortable, attractive, and we love the neighborhood. It also has easy access to almost anywhere you want to go in Austin. Highly recommended for a couple.

Amazing neighborhood and location!

We celebrated my brother’s birthday in Austin, and let me tell you - the location of this townhouse is absolutely perfect! It’s near Lake Austin which is great for paddle boarding, kayaking, and hanging out at. Really close to downtown as well. AC worked perfectly and the front patio made a great spot to enjoy coffee in the morning. I loved it here :)
