This stylish and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers 1,265 square feet of comfort, ideal for up to six guests. The living area is warm and inviting, featuring a large smart TV perfect for streaming all your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the adjacent dining area opens up to a private deck—your outdoor oasis with comfortable seating for relaxing under the Austin sky.

We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests` privacy.

The location is excellent, and the area is pretty - with many deer in the neighborhood. The place was very clean, well stocked . And the beds provided excellent sleep.

If you like privacy, this is your place

We loved the floor plan and quiet neighborhood as well as the great location. The only issue we had was getting the living room warm enough to be comfortable due to the vaulted ceiling. We found no blankets in the condo do I ended up purchasing one from HEB to snuggle with on the sofa. We would stay here again for sure.

The apartment is well located in the Far West/Northwest Hills area.It's a good size for a family with two children. Owner is very responsive to communications, we did have an issue with the washing machine that did take them a while to address though (they ended up replacing the existing machine).

Great Spot in Austin

I was visiting Austin to help with some family stuff. The location was great for us and very comfortable. Two king beds meant my sister and I didnt fight over who got the big bed. Beautiful wooded area out back complete with deer one evening. Very close to a HEB for groceries and all the stuff in the kitchen for coffee and cooking. Anything that came up was quickly addressed by the owner.

The house is just as listed. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Check in went smoothly after a minor technically issue with the app but Ames was proactive and was very quick to respond and help. Parking was a little bit of a challenge though. There isn’t any specific place to park. It’s first come, first serve parking on the street. We had attended a concert and arrived late. The street was full and others had parked in the loading zone for the night. My husband drove around for probably 15 mins and finally squeezed into a parallel parking spot with about 6 inches to spare. This isn’t the host’s fault but just wanted others to be aware of the parking situation.

There was only one thermostat for the place. It was hot upstairs and very cold downstairs. The place smelled bad. We had to buy and install a plug in freshener.Paint cans and trash/junk in laundry closet and in bathroom cabinet.Rust in the upstairs bathroom sink. The TV had only apps, most of which didn’t work. We couldn’t watch the Super Bowl or the Olympics on the TV. Only street parking available despite the listing offering parking as an “amenity.” There were no dressers or luggage stands. We had to live out of our suitcases on the floor. This place was overpriced for what was offered. We stayed in a VRBO around the corner on Hart Lane for two months which was far less per night and much nicer. We thought we were moving to a nicer place at the higher price point but we were very disappointed.
