The online photos are accurate, but it looks and feels more run down in reality. Though there are 3.5 bathrooms, there was only 1 blow dryer. There were no kitchen towels and the 1/2 bath downstairs had no hand towel. The upstairs bathrooms had 2 bath towels each but only 2 bathrooms had a single washcloth ea. and only one bathroom had a bathmat. They definitely need to invest in more towels and washcloths. The bed linens in the master bedroom were a gray color, but they were stained or had gotten bleach on them and just looked unappealing at best and unclean at worst. The couch looks great in the photos but is pretty stained and dirty. Outside there were a few chairs, but there were a bunch of cigarette butts on the ground and oddly, a disposable straight razor. The back door in the kitchen didn't have any blinds, so we didn't feel comfortable sitting downstairs as the neighbor had people over who could look right in.Lastly, when we arrived, there was a beeping sound coming from the 3rd floor bedroom. We went up to investigate and reached out to the property manager who responded almost immediately. They informed me that the beeping was coming from the water heater and asked us to turn the power button off and then on again. This solved the beeping problem, but we had no hot water. The property manager sent a handyman over the next day, but they were not able to fix the problem, so we had no hot water for the entirety of our trip which I didn't find acceptable
