The property has a great backyard, with an outdoor fire pit, a BBQ grill, and even a putting green! There's a cowboy pool and backyard games, plus loungers to chill on. The property is in a great location, just a few blocks from East 6th St, where you'll find plenty of places for a bite to eat, and lively nightlife. Enjoy free parking and on-site laundry.

This pet-friendly space can host up to 12 guests at time! Gather the crew and enjoy a BBQ meal outdoors as you relax on the outdoor patio. Or, cozy up around the backyard gas fire pit while sipping some local craft beer. There's hours of fun to be had on the backyard putting green, and no need to bring your own clubs! We've got a selection to choose from for you! If golf isn't your thing, challenge your friends to a game of corn hole - it's already set up for you in this awesome backyard! There's even a cowboy pool to plunge into and cool off on those hot Texas days. The backyard is fully fenced in.



Moving inside, you'll find a spacious open concept design. The dining table has room for 6, and there's additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island bar. Some of your friends can shake up cocktails at the bar by the dining table, while others can help prep dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. There are stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), a deep kitchen sink, and plenty of countertop space. The cupboards are stocked with all the tools and gadgets you'll need to whip up a fantastic meal.



Some may choose to lounge about watching the 85" Smart TV in the living room, which comes with a high speed internet connection. Others may choose to snap selfies in this insta-worthy living space! The colourful wallpaper, painted ceiling, and brightly coloured furnishings will make all your social media posts pop! The living room features a sofa that converts into a queen-sized bed, as well as a twin-sized chair bed.



Upstairs, you'll find three colorful bedrooms, each with its own sparkling ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with a crystal-themed design. The queen bedroom includes a fantastic custom-built closet organizer and access to a furnished patio—perfect for a cheeky nightcap! On the top level, the third bedroom offers two queen-sized beds and an ensuite with a double vanity. There's another twin-sized chair bed located upstairs, providing extra sleeping space as needed.



All this, plus private laundry machines, free parking, and complimentary tea and coffee! Although this property is walking distance from some of the best places to go out in East Austin, this modern home is fitted with all the fun you’d ever need so you’ll never even have to leave the house!

The Neighborhood:

Arguably the fastest growing neighbourhood in Austin, the eclectic eastside is where old meets new and fresh eateries and boutiques are popping up like wildflowers. With boutiques and vintage shops scattered around, you’ll find plenty of unique items to wear or take home.



Just a short walk from the property is lively East 6th St, where you'll find Kitty Cohen’s, a Palm Springs-style spot with a patio pool and frosĂ© on tap. Enjoy the artsy Butterfly Bar at The Vortex with its big deck, mismatched chairs, oddball performances and craft cocktails. Skylark Lounge plays home to the best blues and soul in Austin. There’s near-nightly music, and the big open patio is the perfect spot to drink on nice days.



East Austin boasts an eclectic and diverse range of dining options. It may be Austin's most ethnically diverse culinary scene, where residents can find Lebanese, Vietnamese, Central Mexican, Tex-Mex, and hamburgers all in a two-block radius of 7th Street. This area offers anything from nice sit-down restaurants to mobile food trucks, or even a variety of different bars that serve various foods.



Shopping choices are enormous, with thrift and vintage stores at prices that can't be beat as well as locally owned boutiques. Music and art shows are a weekly fixture, but this area also hosts special events like the East Side Art Crawl, Punk Rock Market, free and barter events, and film specials at locally owned theaters. Simply people watching while sipping a coffee, bubble tea, or organic beverage from one of the area's many shops or stands is an activity anyone can enjoy.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets. A pet fee will apply per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets and no large pets allowed (less than 30lbs)

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.

Nice one night stay with the family and room for everyone with the en suite bathrooms. We definitely took advantage of the backyard games and lounging in the TV room. It was nice to be able to walk to the nearby food truck park for coffee and breakfast tacos in the morning. Overall great stay.
