I’m not one to ever write reviews but I felt I needed to for this place. The place is beautifully decorated like the pictures shown. Upon arrival, the code to enter the unit was not working and the host appeared on the ring camera to give me a new code. Upon entering, all the vents in the unit were closed and the air conditioner was not working. After FaceTiming the host 2 times, the AC was still not working. The ceiling fan in the bunk bed room was not working so one of us had to sleep on the hard futon to survive the hot night with a working ceiling fan. The temperature was 79 degrees inside at night. There were sugar ants both in the utensil drawer and the bathroom counter. A loud toddler and encouraging parents were up till 3 am shouting in the unit (sharing the bunk bed wall) and a barking dog on a near balcony kept us up throughout the night. The coffee machine was also not working. The neighborhood is not the best and one gate is broken so any one within the city can have access to the complex/cars. The unit is beautifully decorated like I stated earlier. There are good things of the place such as extra toiletries (toothbrushes, pads, mouthwash, ear plugs, etc.) and the TV is nice. The kitchen also has coffee pods, creamer, and tea. The host was nice and responded quickly but unfortunately the issues could not be fixed from afar. He let us have an extended late check-out. I hope the host will solve all issues so future guests will enjoy the potential this VRBO has.
